Virtual Goods and Currency Terms
Thank you for choosing Kitten's virtual goods and currency service. These Virtual Goods and Currency Terms (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") apply to your purchase or use of the virtual currency service provided by Kitten Team (hereinafter referred to as "Kitten"). By purchasing or using virtual currency, you agree to the following terms.
Virtual Currency Purchase
Kitten offers a feature that allows users to purchase virtual currency, called "Kitten Token", for use within the service, such as unlocking additional features or accessing premium content.
Kitten Token and Payment Methods
Kitten Tokens are virtual assets that can be obtained through various online payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, wallets, Google Payments, iTunes Payments, and more. The value (i.e., exchange rate) of Kitten Tokens, payment methods, and other related terms will be determined by Kitten based on your country of origin. Kitten reserves the right to modify the exchange rate between actual currency and Kitten Tokens at any time, with or without notice. By using the service, you confirm your understanding of and acceptance of the current exchange rate of any Kitten Tokens at the time of purchase.
Legal Use of Kitten Tokens
Kitten Tokens may only be used for legitimate purposes within the service, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws at all times. Kitten Tokens may not be exchanged for cash or used for economic gain other than the services and content designated by Kitten. The number of Kitten Tokens required to receive services or content, as well as other terms for exchanging Kitten Tokens, will be determined by Kitten and indicated in the service or on the platform.
Legal and Compliant Purchase
You acknowledge that the purchase of Kitten Tokens requires actual funds, and those funds must be obtained through lawful means. You guarantee that the funds used to purchase Kitten Tokens are lawful and without dispute and are not associated with any criminal activity. If you disagree with the exchange rate policy or cannot guarantee the lawful source of your funds, please refrain from purchasing or using any Kitten Tokens in connection with the service.
Modifications to the Terms
Kitten may modify or update this Virtual Goods and Currency Terms or the terms related to the sale of Kitten Tokens from time to time. Such revisions will apply to all subsequent Kitten Token purchases. You agree to review these Terms and any terms regarding the sale of Kitten Tokens before making any purchase.
Account Termination and Confiscation of Kitten Tokens
If your account is terminated by Kitten for any valid reason, any outstanding Kitten Tokens in your account at the time of termination may be confiscated and will not be recoverable, at the sole discretion of Kitten.
No Refunds or Disputes
Kitten Tokens purchased through the service are non-refundable and non-disputable for any reason. However, if required by applicable laws and regulations, Kitten will process refunds according to relevant laws and regulations. The refund process and related information will be made available on the platform. In the case of a refund or dispute request, your account and device may be permanently banned, and any gifts obtained through Kitten Tokens will be revoked.
